Absolutely!!! As the parent of an autistic child, I understand that a lot more patience and understanding goes into the interaction. From the initial sighting of the character to the departure. I can personally tell you that a great interaction will be relived and talked about for years!
When you book your character/equipmet and before final confirmation you’ll be required to provide the date, time and location. In the same box, you will add the details of whether it's to be a surprise or the approach/entrance that you want. The day of the appearance, I will contact you roughly 30 minutes prior to go over the details again to make sure nothing has changed and everything goes as planned.
